What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Management Associate position at Sawgrass Asset Management, LLC?
Sawgrass Asset Management, an employee-owned Registered Investment Advisor, is seeking a Client Management Associate to join our institutional client service team. This role supports business development, client relationship management, and investment operations. In this role, an individual will have an opportunity to be involved in the many facets of the client experience. The expectation is for this role to be on-site in our Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida location.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update marketing collateral (pitchbooks, presentations, digital assets).
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all materials.
- Lead drafting of RFPs and DDQs for institutional clients.
- Complete daily processes to ensure accurate functionality of trade operations
- Support trade operations and resolve operational issues promptly, including daily recon, trade settlements and corporate actions.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity across CRM and performance systems.
- Coordinate quarterly updates for performance data and disclosures.
- Collaborate with compliance for timely approvals.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree 3–5 years in financial services.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and data systems.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Seismic, FactSet, Bloomberg.
- Knowledge of trade operation mechanics.
