Role Description
The Wealth Management Client Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonville, FL. In this position, the associate will support financial advisors by managing client relationships, assisting with financial planning, and providing exceptional client service. Daily responsibilities include handling account inquiries, preparing reports, coordinating client communications, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong focus on attention to detail, client satisfaction, and proficient use of financial tools and platforms.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge and skills in Financial Planning and Investments
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Sharp Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance for problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to work efficiently in a professional, client-centered environment
- Proficiency with technology and financial tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in financial services and client management is a plus
