Technical Support Engineer position overview:
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical point of contact for partners during incident escalations, providing clear communication and timely resolution throughout the support lifecycle.
- Triage, diagnose, and resolve production issues end-to-end, coordinating across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive effective outcomes.
- Monitor and maintain existing integrations proactively, identifying and resolving technical issues before they impact partners or end users.
- Rapidly diagnose and mitigate partner-impacting incidents by analyzing logs, data, and integration behaviors across lending and deposit workflows.
- Analyze support trends and recurring issues to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhanced system reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–6 years of experience in technical support, application support, or production support engineering.
- Strong domain knowledge with lending and deposit banking workflows - including loans, credit lines, savings, and checking accounts.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON and web services for troubleshooting
- Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases for data related investigations
- Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools for incident diagnostics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
Base salary
The annual base salary for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience.
