Position: Punch Press Operator
Schedule: 7:00am- 3:30pm
Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced Press Operator to run and maintain stamping presses. This role includes monitoring production, inspecting parts for quality, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficiency and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate stamping presses
- Inspect parts and sort defects
- Perform basic fabrication tasks (cutting, punching, bending, etc.)
- Measure parts to verify specs
- Troubleshoot and suggest process improvements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years of metal stamping experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Basic math and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
