Savvy Staffing Solutions is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our medium to small-sized team. This hands-on role involves performing essential landscape maintenance tasks while working closely with the Crew Leader and Operations Manager. Responsibilities
- Perform mowing, string trimming, edging, and blowing on assigned properties
- Conduct property cleanup and bed maintenance with attention to detail
- Follow directions from Crew Leader, completing tasks safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment as needed
- Fuel, clean, maintain, and properly store landscape equipment
- Maintain clean and organized trucks, trailers, equipment, and jobsites
- Protect client property by working carefully and safely using required PPE
- Report damaged equipment, property issues, injuries, or unsafe conditions promptly
- Collaborate effectively with crew members to complete weekly scheduled routes
- Participate in seasonal snow operations when assigned
- Continuously learn and uphold Garrick-Santo's quality landscape maintenance standards

Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in landscape maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license

- Physical stamina and adaptability to diverse job conditions
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
