Cleanroom Operator (Entry Level)
Location: Sturbridge, MA
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm
Pay:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $16.75/hour
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $17.59/hour
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $18.43/hour

Savvy Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Cleanroom Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Sturbridge, MA. Job Responsibilities
- Operate production machines and equipment in a cleanroom environment.
- Follow detailed written work instructions and verbal directions.
- Perform visual inspections of products according to quality standards.
- Use hand tools to perform simple, repetitive secondary operations.
- Count, pack, seal, label, and stack finished products.
- Record scrap and production information accurately.
- Place work-in-process parts in the proper location to prevent mixing with finished goods.
- Clean and maintain the work area according to safety and housekeeping standards.
- Assist with cleaning tools, machines, and equipment.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE.
- Ability to read instructions, operate machinery, and inspect parts visually.
- Ability to move equipment weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day.
