Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- HVAC experience required; EPA Certification preferrered
- CPO preferred
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilites
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on Apartment properties around Dallas.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues related to HVAC units and other mechanical equipment.
- Provide timely and efficient service to customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while on the job.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to address and resolve technical challenges.
- Keep the service vehicle organized and stocked with necessary tools and equipment.
- Demonstrate a detail-oriented approach to every task, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry standards and practices.
- Ability to work weekends and take on-call rotating shifts is required.
