The Opportunity
We're looking for a sharp, motivated Accounting Manager to join our finance team and help us scale our multi-brand accounting operations. This is a high-impact role where you'll own key accounting functions, work closely with our VP of Finance and brand leadership teams, and help build the financial infrastructure that supports our continued growth.

A Day in the Life
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements across multiple restaurant brands
- Lead monthly and quarterly account reconciliations and analyze financials for discrepancies
- Review inter-company transactions and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Manage receivables from restaurant house accounts and coordinate with the AP team on vendor payments
- Assist with the annual external financial statement audit
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
- Partner with brand and operations leaders to analyze financial performance and identify trends
- Help onboard new restaurant brands and locations from a financial systems perspective
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting alongside the VP of Finance
What We're Looking For
You bring:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field (Master's preferred)
- At least 3 years of general accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience with general ledger systems and advanced Excel skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills
- The ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly at all levels
- CPA license is a plus
- Multi-entity or restaurant/hospitality experience is a plus
