About The Role
We are seeking professional, reliable, and energetic Event Servers/Bartenders to join our catering team. This is an on-call position, with shifts scheduled based on event needs and availability. In this dual role, you will provide exceptional food and beverage service while ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for guests. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong hospitality skills, and is comfortable both serving and/or bartending.

About The Role
We are seeking professional, reliable, and energetic Event Servers/Bartenders to join our catering team. This is an on-call position, with shifts scheduled based on event needs and availability. In this dual role, you will provide exceptional food and beverage service while ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for guests. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong hospitality skills, and is comfortable both serving and/or bartending.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, linens, service stations, and bar areas
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and event specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and bar areas throughout events
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional guest service
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing
- Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth execution
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, and wine
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays
- Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol

- Capability to maintain a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods in varying temperature conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, ability to repeatedly lift up to 25lbs
- DOH Food Handler’s certificate preferred
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule daytime Monday – Friday and occasionally including nights, weekends, or holidays
