About the Role
We’re looking for a Part-Time Fulfillment Lead to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is hands-on and people-focused — you’ll help prep the space, support our fulfillment associate, and make sure orders go out accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to stay organized, support continuous improvement, and help the team succeed. There is room to grow into additional responsibilities over time for someone interested in learning more about ecommerce fulfillment.
What you'll do in this role:
- Prep and keep the fulfillment area organized and running smoothly
- Lead a quick daily huddle and support our fulfillment associate
- Help fulfill orders and process Amazon shipments
- Support volunteer groups during shifts
- Review online orders, track daily order counts, and flag issues
- Share ideas to improve workflows and the fulfillment space
Preferred skills:
- Able to lift and move boxes up to 45 lbs
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work in a fulfillment environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Patient, supportive communicator, especially in a neurodiverse workplace
- Dependable and able to follow routines and processes
- Basic computer skills (printing, simple system tasks)
- Experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or operations is a plus, but not required
