About the Role
We’re looking for a Part-Time Job Coach to support autistic adults and students in a hands-on work environment. This role is centered around guidance, encouragement, and structure — helping individuals stay engaged, follow routines, and feel successful in their work.
This is not a desk role — you’ll be actively working alongside the team, assisting with light fulfillment tasks like packing orders while providing support throughout the shift.
What you'll do in this role:
- Support autistic adults and school program participants during work shifts
- Provide clear instructions, redirection, and encouragement as needed
- Help create a calm, structured, and positive work environment
- Work alongside the team packing orders and preparing shipments
- Assist individuals in staying on task and completing their work
- Help break down tasks into simple, manageable steps
Preferred skills:
- Comfortable working with neurodiverse individuals
- Able to lift and move boxes up to 45 lbs
- Comfortable with light warehouse/packing work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, supportive, and adaptable
- Reliable and able to follow structured processes
- Ability to pass background check (REQUIRED)
