Job Summary
(9:00 AM - 1:00 PM "Monday - Thursday")
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to help support the daily operational workflow of our growing cleaning company. This position centers around computer-work managing work schedules, tracking ongoing and completed jobs, conducting quality assurance checks, overseeing supplies, preparing cleaning kits for teams, light laundry, and periodically providing field support when required.
Daily Duties ($17.50 Per Hour)
- Track and update employee hours for payroll
- Schedule/Reschedule jobs and update notes in ConnectTeam
- Communicate with employees while they clean through ConnectTeam
- Review employee provided cleaning photographs and provide feedback
- Periodically conduct on-site quality assurance checks at job sites
- Communicate with clients, ensuring satisfaction/addressing concerns
- Confirm client payments and communicate payment issues
- Conduct cold calls to local business offering cleaning services
- Run reports and audit company efficiency
- Monitor cleaning supplies and request refills as needed
- Prepare cleaning solutions and clean out vacuums as needed
- Wash rags and prepare cleaning kits for team members
Periodic Duties ($20.50 Per Hour)
- Fill in for cleaners when they call out and:
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of various areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness across all surfaces.
- Provide cleaning services with attention to detail, ensuring all client specifications are met.
- Assist in commercial cleaning projects as needed, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and safety.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their needs and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage housekeeping duties efficiently while ensuring all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning techniques to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working with computers is preferred
- Previous experience in home cleaning is NOT required.
- Must speak fluent English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess reliable transportation and the ability to travel between job sites as needed.
- Note, this position may be terminated if the organization faces an unlikely reduction in workload or requested jobs
