Saville CPAs & Advisors seeks a Winter 2026 Intern to support our Employee Engagement and Experience (EEE) team. Our EEE team promotes Saville’s company culture, finds the right new hires for our growing teams, and ensures employees receive the resources they need to succeed. This in-office, project-based winter internship allows one college student to work exclusively with the EEE team at Saville.

- Data Migration & Validation - Ability to ensure accuracy and integrity of data during system transitions
- System Testing & Troubleshooting - Support testing phases for HRIS and Learning & Development platforms
- Reporting & Documentation - Create and analyze reports to track implementation progress and identify issues
- Analytical Thinking - Review data sets and draw actionable conclusions
- Technical Proficiency - Strong Excel skills and familiarity with HR software systems
Employee Events
- Assist with event research, planning, and day-of-event assistance
- Update and track budgets for employee engagement
- Assist in hosting Saville training sessions, including employee onboarding
- Support Learning & Development system implementation through data validation and migration tasks
- Generate and analyze database reports to ensure accuracy during system transition
- Ability to review data and draw appropriate conclusions from data sets
- Maintain accurate data within HR software
- Assist with coordinating employee engagement events with summer intern class
- Assist with HR compliance projects
- Data migration and integrity checks
- System testing and troubleshooting
- Reporting and documentation of implementation progress
What are we looking for?
- Interest in Human Resources, Communications, MIS, Accounting, or General Business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills for data review and reporting
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools for creating training materials, infographics, and visual communications, preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, and possess emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Organized, energetic, creative, and self-directed with a professional appearance
