Title: Assistant Manager – Edible Arrangements (Kirkland & Bellevue)
Pay: $20–$25/hour Performance & Holiday Bonuses

The Role:
We are looking for a reliable, high-energy Operations Lead to manage daily production and staff at our Kirkland and Bellevue locations. You will be the "go-to" person on the floor, ensuring our beautiful arrangements are made to standard and our customers leave happy.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Floor: Manage daily shift operations, including staff scheduling and production flow.
- Holiday Hero: Take a lead role during our "Big 3" holidays (Valentine’s, Mother’s Day, Christmas).
- Quality Control: Ensure every arrangement meets brand standards and delivery windows are met.
- Inventory: Keep an eye on supplies and help with ordering to stay ahead of the rush.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of Kirkland store
- Visit Bellevue store biweekly for staff and operations oversight
- Hire, train, and lead production, delivery, and service teams
- Manage scheduling, inventory, quality, and safety
- Prepare for high-volume holidays with detailed staffing/supply plans
- Deliver outstanding customer experience and meet brand standards
- Track KPIs and communicate weekly with ownership
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in food service or retail leadership.
- Ability to stay calm and organized during high-volume periods.
- Reliable transportation to move between Kirkland and Bellevue.
- Ownership mindset: You show up, you solve problems, and you lead by example.
Ours is a nationwide franchise, Edible Arrangements, with 600 stores in the country.
