We re looking for a reliable, fast, and coachable Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations. This is an on-call role, primarily focused on prep and kitchen work, with optional opportunities to assist at events.
Responsibilities

Assist with food prep (cutting, marinating, portioning ingredients)

Support cooking alongside the chef

Package and organize catering orders

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen (dishes, surfaces, stations)

Follow instructions accurately and work efficiently under pressure

Occasionally take on small independent tasks

Works well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Quick learner who can pick things up fast

Able to follow instructions without needing constant supervision
