Responsibilities

• Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
• Support food service operations by delivering food and beverages to guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude
• Maintain cleanliness standards through regular cleaning of dining areas, utensils, and service stations in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Handle food with care, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food handling guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly
• Support catering events or special functions by setting up, serving, and cleaning up as directed
• Uphold hospitality standards by providing excellent customer service, engaging positively with guests, and addressing any concerns proactively

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards within the food industry
• Experience working in kitchens or hotel environments is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or moving furniture as needed
• A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment
