EHS Coordinator (Utility Project)

$40–$45/hour (W-2)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced EHS Coordinator to support an active utility construction project in Goodyear, AZ. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on driving safety performance and ensuring OSHA compliance.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and field observations
- Monitor high-risk work including confined space entry and excavation
- Lead toolbox talks, orientations, and safety meetings
- Ensure OSHA compliance and site safety standards
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
- Partner with crews and supervisors to promote a strong safety culture
Qualifications
- 3 years of construction or utility safety experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong knowledge of confined space and excavation safety
- OSHA 30 required
- Ability to work full-time in a field environment
