Responsibilities
- Office & Calendar Management – Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff; maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Communications – Answer phones and emails, respond to inquiries, and route messages to appropriate team members
- Program Support – Assist with event logistics, volunteer coordination, and youth program materials (registration, attendance tracking, supplies)
- Data Entry & Reporting – Maintain accurate records in databases and help prepare reports for grants or board meetings
- Financial Administration – Process invoices, track expenses, and support basic bookkeeping tasks
- General Support – Order supplies, manage mail, and pitch in wherever needed to support the mission
