About the Role

At Save on Branson, we don’t just book trips—we create complete vacation experiences in Branson. We are seeking motivated, high-energy individuals to join our team as Phone Sales Representatives / Vacation Coordinators. In this role, you will work directly with guests over the phone to plan and book their Branson getaway—from shows and attractions to lodging, dining, and more. This position combines consultative sales with vacation planning, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people while also thriving in a performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Create & Sell Vacation Experiences

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert inquiries into booked vacations
• Build customized vacation packages including show tickets, lodging, and attractions
• Upsell and enhance guest itineraries with additional experiences
• Meet or exceed sales goals, conversion rates, and revenue targets

Act as a Vacation Expert

• Guide guests through everything Branson has to offer—from live entertainment to local favorites
• Recommend top attractions like Silver Dollar City and shopping/dining at Branson Landing
• Provide personalized suggestions for restaurants, shopping, and nightlife
• Help guests plan a seamless and memorable trip

Promotional Packages & Partnerships

• Offer discounted vacation packages through partnerships with travel clubs and resort partners
• Clearly explain any promotional requirements tied to discounted rates (such as attending a presentation or tour)
• Ensure guests fully understand all package details prior to booking
• Match guests with offers that fit their needs and expectations

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

• Build rapport quickly and create a positive guest experience
• Use a consultative approach to understand needs and recommend solutions
• Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively
• Encourage repeat business and referrals

Stay Organized & Accurate

• Use booking systems and CRM tools to manage reservations
• Accurately process payments and confirmations
• Maintain detailed and accurate guest records

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales, call center, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
• Ability to close sales and work toward performance goals
• Comfortable explaining promotional offers clearly and professionally
• Quick learner with the ability to retain detailed destination knowledge
• Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
