Responsibilities- Prepare and fry donuts according to established recipes and procedures.
- Monitor frying times and temperatures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the frying area, following food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking donut ingredients and supplies.
- Collaborate with the bakery team to meet daily production goals.
- Ensure all equipment is properly operated and cleaned as required.
- Previous experience in food preparation or frying is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work overnight shifts reliably and independently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality and safety standards.
