Fresh Foods Manager (Save More Marketplace - Minocqua)

Save More Marketplace is seeking a dedicated Fresh Foods Manager to join our team in Minocqua! Since 1959, we have been committed to delivering the freshest and highest quality food to our community. As the Fresh Foods Manager, you will take charge of managing our fresh foods department, including the Deli & Bakery sections. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring product quality, leading a passionate team, and implementing innovative strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the fresh foods department while maintaining high-quality standards
• Lead, train, and inspire team members to deliver outstanding customer service and work effectively
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers
• Develop marketing strategies and promotions to boost sales and customer engagement
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations in all operations
• Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Work collaboratively with other departments to plan and execute events and promotions
