Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers with selecting fresh food items, providing product information and recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper organization of fresh food displays to attract and satisfy customers.
- Prepare and package fresh foods following company procedures and health regulations.
- Monitor product freshness and quality, removing any items that do not meet standards.
- Participate in inventory control activities including stock rotation and restocking as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals and ensure a safe and pleasant work environment.
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical capacity to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
