Responsibilities- Supervise and support front end staff including cashiers and baggers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Train new employees in front end procedures and customer service standards.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage employee schedules to ensure proper coverage during all shifts.
- Monitor cash handling and register accuracy to prevent discrepancies.
- Collaborate with management to implement store policies and improve front end processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front end environment.
- Previous supervisory experience in retail, preferably in a front end or cashier role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
