Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a wide assortment of bakery products including breads, cakes, and pastries according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency and freshness in all baked goods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized baking area in compliance with all food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of baking supplies and ingredients and communicate needs for restocking.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production goals and customer demands.
- Keep up-to-date with baking trends and techniques to continually enhance product offerings.
- High school diploma or equivalent; baking or culinary education preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a bakery or commercial kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of baking processes, ingredients, and food safety standards.
- Ability to perform tasks efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
