Responsibilities- Assist in supervising and training grocery department staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Support inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and organizing products.
- Ensure the grocery department meets company standards for quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Contribute to planning and implementing promotions and merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments and management to achieve store goals.
- Help maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Previous retail or grocery management experience preferred.
