Company Overview: Savas Software is a leading provider of transdisciplinary pain management patient care and is launching electronic health record (EHR) software focused on coordinating multidisciplinary care. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and dedicated to improving healthcare delivery through innovative technology.

The Technical Project Manager will play a critical role in driving alignment and execution across the Product, Data, and Development teams. You’ll ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Savas Software’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product, Data, and Development teams to plan, prioritize, and execute projects across the full lifecycle.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies while proactively managing risks and blockers.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans and track progress against milestones.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and communication.
  • Monitor resource allocation, capacity planning, and inter-team dependencies.
  • Provide data-driven insights on project performance through dashboards, reports, and metrics.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion within scope and deadlines.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide project updates and gather feedback.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Identify risks and issues proactively and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on project outcomes.

Skills:

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) leverages strong technical understanding and organizational skills to coordinate complex initiatives across Product, Data, and Development teams. This role requires the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes while managing multiple projects with interdependent components. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for aligning priorities, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring transparency across all levels of the organization. Analytical and systems-thinking capabilities enable the manager to anticipate risks, interpret data insights, and connect technical execution to strategic goals. The TPM applies disciplined project planning, risk management, and delivery practices to keep initiatives on track, while continuously optimizing processes to improve team efficiency. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, combined with familiarity in software development and data workflows, supports structured planning, tracking, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–6 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in a software development environment.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives involving Product Management, Data Engineering/Analytics, and Software Development.

  • PMP required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
