Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and smooth service.
- Lead, train, schedule, and support team members to promote a positive work environment.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain quality, timing, and consistency.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships as needed.
- Help control labor and operating costs while supporting business goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
- Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements where appropriate.
- Previous experience in restaurant management, hospitality leadership, or a related role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.

- Ability to remain organized and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, or operational oversight is preferred.
