Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
- Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities as needed.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and missing items to the appropriate team members.
- Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets to ensure readiness for daily assignments.
- Follow hotel procedures for handling lost and found items.
- Comply with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests and team members.
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience is preferred but not always required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
