We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink menus and specials.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils, restocking supplies, and disposing of waste responsibly.
- Check identification of customers to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
- Handle credit, and debit transactions accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy hours.
- Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies, reporting any shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Follow health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe environment for both employees and customers.
- Attend to customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- Must be at least [insert legal age] years of age.
- Certification in bartending or responsible beverage service may be preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
