We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote repeat business.
• Manage TOAST for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties, while accurately balancing registers at shift end.
• Assist with food service when needed
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service.
• Uphold food safety standards through proper food handling practices and adherence to sanitation protocols.
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure smooth operations during regular service hours & events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service in a full service restaurant
• Familiarity with POS systems like Toast; experience with cashiering and cash handling is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse customer needs professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques; certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently through excellent time management skills.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math applications.
