- Maintain strong working relationships with Project Stakeholders, track progress of key deliverables and assist in identification and removal of obstacles to ensure deadlines are met.
- Edit/Publish TFF Monthly Report – Coordinate input from all responsible organizations and issue to NNSA
- Draft and issue Monthly Self-Assessment of Performance (for TFF Project) for TFF Leadership Team review
- Review project management reports and related documents for errors prior to issuance
- Coordinate & Support development of month-end EVMS artifacts (e.g., Format 5 Control Account and/or Project Variance Explanations)
- Manage/prioritize administrative support needs for TFF Project Team and provide backup support to assigned Project Administrator
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least five years of experience (YOE) in a relevant role, OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least two years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field
- Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered
- Operations, Project Management, Project Execution, Engineering, SRTE facility experience
- Prior working experience on DOE/NNSA Capital Line-Item Project executed per DOE O 413.3
