SCM Procurement Procedure Advisor will be expected to perform work at a senior professional level and perform work spanning more than one procurement area including supplies, services, engineering to order, construction, and strategic sourcing. The position will have expert knowledge regaarding small business sourcing, solicitation, and close out processes and serve as a mentor and coach to junior staff, identify and lead process improvement, and lead supply chain projects working with other related business functions on behalf of procurement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus at least ten years of experience (YOE), OR Master's degree in relevant field plus at least eight years of experience (YOE), OR Doctoral degree in relevant field plus at least five years of experience (YOE)
- Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered
- Minimum of 2 years in Government Contractor Supply Chain-Procurement
- Working experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DOE orders, or DOE M&O or Project Contractor policies and procedures.
- Adept at following and applying internal procedures and policies to ensure policy and procedures align with current requirements.
- L or Q DOE Security Clearance Experience within past two years?
- Government Program management or conduct of operations.
- Procurement, supply chain, or contracts management certifications.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and levels of management.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to resolve complex problems.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
