The Savannah R3 School District is seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and student-centered individuals to serve as athletic coaches across a variety of sports and grade levels. Coaches are responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and instruction to student-athletes while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and a strong work ethic. This open position is for the 26-27 season.

- Plan and implement practices, game strategies, and conditioning programs.
- Foster a positive team culture that supports student development both on and off the field.
- Supervise athletes during practices, games, travel, and other team-related activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all student-athletes.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, school staff, and administration.
- Comply with all MSHSAA (Missouri State High School Activities Association) regulations and district policies.
- Manage team equipment and uniforms responsibly.
- Promote academic achievement and monitor eligibility of student-athletes.
