PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
Trim beef, veal, lamb, and pork to meet portion control and quality standards.
DUTIES AND SUPPORT TASKS:
Provide support in the following areas when needed upon request:
- Package products and operate both Cryovac machines
- Set up and operate large Cryovac machine
- Apply proper films and date labels
- Run product through machines using correct settings
- Operate double chamber Cryovac machine
- Bulk Cryovac product in proper pouches
- Assist in stocking steak products in the main cooler as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Primary Skill: Must be able to trim beef, veal, lamb, and pork to company specifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to adjust to changing work schedules
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) as trained
- Comfortable working in a cold (41°F) and wet environment
- Ability to lift up to 85 lbs
- Perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Stand for long periods of time
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks
- Handle product according to safety and quality specifications
experience:
- Experience with steak trimming.
