Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
- Answer and route multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems, including digital records using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or executives
- Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing incoming/outgoing mail
- Provide excellent customer service by supporting clients via phone or in person, addressing questions promptly and professionally
- Perform general office management duties such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining office equipment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles,.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
