Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Chicago, IL. The General Manager will focus on sales and marketing, oversee daily operations, ensure the efficient management of company resources, and lead the business for overall growth and development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in relevant business roles
- Extensive experience in sales & marketing, operations management, resource and staff management
- Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, and budget management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in downtown Chicago, IL
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, engineering or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the consumer and business products industry is advantageous
Compensation
- Medical, dental, short-term disability, vacation, sick-days and conventional holidays
- $150,000-$175,000 per year, paid every two weeks; plus annual cash bonus plan participation
