Job Summary
Saunders & Associates - The Hamptons leading luxury real estate firm is seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team of professionals. This pivotal role involves supporting a top producing roster of real estate agents, ensuring a seamless, concierge-style brand experience.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a multi-faceted environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
Greet agents, clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and warmth at the front desk, managing interactions with efficiency and courtesy.

  • Proactively participate as part of a team to provide concierge-style support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email while maintaining excellent etiquette.
  • Provide clerical support including preparing listings agreements, and supporting administrative projects as needed.
  • Handling data entry accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Listing entry and maintenance across multiple listing databases and online platforms.
  • Handle shared administrative tasks including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records, and reporting.

Requirements
Proven office administrative experience within a professional setting; real estate or related fields preferred.

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) a must.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail; ability to multitask efficiently in a multi faced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette, interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a demeanor and professional appearance.
  • Experience in real estate industry is preferred.
  • Weekend availability a must.
