No Real Estate Title experience is required; Company is willing to train those candidates seeking a long-term career in the real estate title and settlement industry.
- Assist in the preparation of information and documentation related to real estate closing.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and calendar management.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
- Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various tasks.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, communications, and other relevant documents.
Requirements:
- Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and operational systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Experience in office environment or administrative roles is preferred.
- Previous experience in clerical roles or customer service is a plus.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in reports and documentation.
