Job Duties
Duties may include:
- Assist student(s) with special needs during activities
- Supervise special education student(s) to ensure safety
- High School diploma
- Highly Qualified per MDE requirements for special education paraprofessionals*
- Acceptance of students' disabilities and limitations
- Must be able to lift, pull, or move a minimum of 50 pounds
- Accepts direction from supervising teacher(s) and is willing to work as a team
- Attach passing exam scores from either the ParaPra / ParaEducator or college transcripts to your application if not already on file.
