As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive and supportive environment for our residents.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care
• Participate in patient education and family support to promote a smooth transition back to the community
