Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical disabilities and injuries, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and improve function and mobility
• Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, stretches, and other modalities as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
