Responsibilities:
- Conduct tests and inspections of complex compressor packages including electrical systems and software to ensure compressors meet standards
- Use established procedures and tooling to connect compressors to perform required testing
- Follow and exhibit a clear understanding of all Test Bay established Quality and Safety processes
- Record results, complete paperwork and make computer updates regularly
- Identify, troubleshoot and repair malfunctions and defects
- Work with all departments to resolve issues and improve test procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Experience:
- 6-12 months of working experience as Sauer Compressors USA Production Technician or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to comprehend training and display initiative to progress with responsibility
- Strong communication skiils
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Quick learner and adapts well
