What are the responsibilities and job description for the Management Hourly position at Sauce on the Side?
Sauce On The Side is looking for a highly motivated individual that can > take the Sauce on the Side Clayton location to the next level in service, sales and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities of the job are as follows but are not limited to:
- Hiring and training the RIGHT staff
- 5 star hospitality & guest service
- Maintaining high quality food standards & execution
- Providing amazing leadership and management to the staff and other managers
- Has an astute knowledge of EBITDA & PACE numbers
- Must be Serve Safe certified to uphold our 5 star sanitation & cleanliness standards
- Has knowledge in facilities, equipment as well as R&M procedures
- We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of General Manager experience.
- A general knowledge of Excel and Aloha would be beneficial but not mandatory.
- No specific education is necessary.
- Ability to complete duties of hourly positions as well.
Salary : $18 - $20
