Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant role based in Houston, TX. The Personal Assistant will provide daily administrative and organizational support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and appointments. Responsibilities include handling phone calls and correspondence, organizing documents and files, preparing basic reports or presentations, and maintaining accurate records. The role will also involve supporting executives with diary management, arranging on-site and off-site meetings, and ensuring follow-up on action items. The Personal Assistant will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, help coordinate events or logistics, and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including experience supporting leaders or senior professionals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills, including scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating complex calendars.
