Minimum Qualifications:
The qualified candidate must, at minimum, possess a bachelor's degree from a recognized four-year college or university and 5, or more, years of experience in the following areas:- Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role, with a track record of designing and managing robust on-premises and cloud network architectures.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network switches, routing protocols, VLANs, VPNs, and CSP circuits (e.g., AWS Direct Connect).
- Strong expertise in network design, decommissioning legacy infrastructure, and optimizing performance in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in creating detailed network diagrams and maintaining up-to[1]date documentation.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and adapt to changes in a fast[1]paced work environment.
- Certifications in related fields would be an advantage (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, AZ-700).
- Managing and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure.
