Job Summary
Candidate will handle day to day operations in our Charlotte, NC office. Answer customer calls/emails. Route and monitor expedited freight moves.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer customer calls and emails
- Obtain rates and quote customers
- Route shipments/Enter data into our system
- Monitor shipments in route
- Approve shipments for billing
- On call nights and every other weekend required
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-5 years of freight transportation operations experience
- Computer knowledge
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask a must
