Provides administrative and project support to the Project Solutions & Planning (PSP) team, helping ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across preconstruction and operations initiatives. Assists with documentation, data tracking, process coordination, and communication between departments. Plays a key role in maintaining project systems, compiling reports, and supporting the execution of internal initiatives.

Provides administrative and project support to the Project Solutions & Planning (PSP) team, helping ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across preconstruction and operations initiatives. Assists with documentation, data tracking, process coordination, and communication between departments. Plays a key role in maintaining project systems, compiling reports, and supporting the execution of internal initiatives.
Essential Job Functions
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with project teams.
- Promote and ensure compliance with company standards and processes.
- Manage the Project Success Planning (PSP) process focusing on timely and accurate deliverable of the following closeout items: Project specific closeout plans covering all aspects of the Closeout Process, Manage Closeout Submittal log setup and dumps, management of the closeout submittal process for projects, Architect and Owner management during the course of the closeout submittal process, problem preventing and problem solving as it applies to closeout process.
- Solicit, review, and turnover all closeout documents including Closeout Logs, Project Directory, AIA forms, releases of liens, certificates of substantial completion, project documents and certificates, Warranties, Insurance, transmittals/receipts, recordings of demonstrations and trainings.
- Work with team and leadership to continuously improve the closeout process company wide.
- Leverage new technologies to improve the closeout process.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift, up to 15 pounds at times.
- Travel as needed.
- 1-3 years of experience in construction, engineering, or design; commercial construction experience preferred. Intermediate organizational skills
- Strong data entry and information processing skills
- Strong understanding of the closeout process and how other aspects of project management impact the closeout process
- Intermediate understanding of building systems and components
- Intermediate understanding of contract documents
- intermediate ability to support multiple project teams
