Who We're Looking For
We're hiring a sales-forward, growth-minded Program Director to drive new member enrollments and keep the school running smoothly day to day. If you love goals, people, and performance—this role is built for you.
This is a leadership sales position (not just front desk).
What You'll Do (Top Priorities)
- Run intro appointments/tours and enroll new members
- Follow up with leads fast (phone/text/email) using our CRM
- Track and improve your numbers: booked → show → enroll
- Support retention with proactive member communication
- Help lead daily operations: schedule, member experience, events, billing accuracy
What Success Looks Like
- You consistently hit weekly/monthly enrollment goals
- You keep a clean pipeline and follow-up daily
- You create a professional, welcoming experience for every family
You're a Fit If You…
- Have 2 years of sales/customer-facing leadership (fitness, martial arts, hospitality, education, etc.)
- Are confident on the phone and comfortable asking for the sale
- Are organized, accountable, and motivated by results
- Can work evenings and Saturdays
Martial arts experience is a plus, not required.
