Healthcare Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across four ER locations. This role ensures smooth workflow, compliance, facility readiness, and overall team support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in managing multi-site operations.

• Payroll Verification: Review daily clock-ins/clock-outs, verify hours worked, ensure accuracy before payroll submission.
• HR & Onboarding: Support hiring, compliance checks, onboarding, and maintaining organized employee records.
• Invoice Processing: Review and pay invoices on time; track vendor payments and maintain documentation.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate services, manage vendor relationships, ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Facility Maintenance: Oversee maintenance needs, schedule repairs, inspections, and ensure all locations remain safe and fully operational.
• Licensing & Compliance: Track expiration dates, renew facility licenses, and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Staff Engagement: Maintain communication with staff, support leadership, and encourage a productive team culture.
• Facility Growth: Partner with the Director of Marketing to improve patient volume and support growth initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of operations or management experience; healthcare or multi-site experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with payroll verification, HR basics, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Valid driver’s license; travel required between locations.

• $70,000 annual salary
