Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Houston, TX. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive administrative assistance to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. Daily responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing incoming communications, drafting and editing correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, and maintaining accurate records and files. The role will also support executive decision-making by gathering information, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and following up on action items and deadlines. The Executive Assistant will interact with internal teams and external partners, ensuring professional communication, confidentiality, and efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong executive administrative assistance and general administrative assistance skills, with experience supporting senior leaders.
- Proficiency in executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and follow-up on key initiatives.
- Experience preparing, tracking, and reconciling expense reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across cultures and organizational levels.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and comfort learning new systems and software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a corporate or international business environment; experience in chemicals, petrochemicals, or manufacturing is a plus.
